The time I need to prepare an order for shipping  varies. In most circumstances I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days. I ship candles via USPS Priority Mail, so you can start enjoying them ASAP! Delivery time will depend on the postal services. Return Policy

A Few Short Steps

If you are not satisfied with our candle, you may return them to us for an exchange or refund. all return must be postmarked within seven (7) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use trackable method to mail your return.

 

After receiving your return and inspecting  the condition of your item, and after our aproval of the requested refund, we will Process your return or refund or exchange. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
