The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days. I ship candles via USPS Priority Mail, so you can start enjoying them ASAP! Delivery time will depend on the postal services. If you have any questions about receipt of your order, please contact us.
Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused items postmarked within seven (7) days of purchase in original packaging. Customers cover return shipping and are advised to use trackable methods. Mail items to Essences of God Candle Co., c/o Regina Wallace, 15482 Pasadena Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780. Refunds or exchanges are processed within seven (7) days of receipt. Contact us immediately regarding damaged or defective items.
How to Return Your Item
To return your purchase, please securely place the item in its original packaging along with your full name, mailing address, and email address. Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to mail your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked packages.
Refund Processing
After we receive your package and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return, refund, or exchange upon approval. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item for us to finalize your request. We will automatically notify you via email as soon as your refund has been processed.

normal handmade variation ( color/scent/ appearance ) and issues caused by improper candle care or used/burned candles.
