How long do your candles burn?
Twelve-oz., three-wick candles burn for approximately 45-plus hours. Ten-oz., two-wick candles burn for approximately 55-plus hours. Six-oz., single-wick candles burn for approximately 25-plus hours.
How long does it take until I receive my order?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days. I ship all candles via USPS Priority Mail, so you can start enjoying them ASAP! Delivery time will depend on the postal service. If you have any questions about receipt of your order, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your candles, you may return them to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
