Mr. Smith was careful not to wake his wife as he silently set down the breakfast tray and the scented candle, “Midnight Sky,” on the bedside table. He knew the candle would surprise her, especially because of its name, a gift chosen especially for their anniversary.
“Paris and Smith” captures the timeless essence of a love story that began in youthful fervor, when a young boy and girl accidentally collided in the hallway of the secondary school they both attended. As they grew older, they were often seen together, whispering and holding hands, and they loved watching the sky at night.
They married right after graduation, had two lovely children, and aged gracefully together over the decades. They made it a point to overcome every trial and never succumb to marital issues. Throughout their marriage, their love transcended and blossomed through all of life’s changes. Theirs was a love that flowed naturally, without effort.
